DELIVERY

Where is my order ?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email with the link to track your order. Also, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver everywhere. 

How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the place of delivery as well as the type of product you order. Normally, once you place your order, it usually takes 24-36 hours to process and mark it as ready for delivery.

 

ORDER

Can I change my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. To make changes to your order, please contact us by submitting your request via the "contact us" form or by email via contact@foreveher.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns subject to the following conditions: - The item must have been sold on our online store - The item must not have been used in any way - The item must have its original package. - The request for return or exchange is made within 30 days of delivery.

A member of our team will respond to you as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been sent, the cancellation will take place immediately.

If your order has already been sent, it is up to you to return the items to us in their original packaging. Reimbursement of items will be made as soon as the return has been processed.

Shipping costs and return costs are not reimbursed, they are the responsibility of the buyer!

For orders returned by the Post Office to the sender for these reasons:

- recipient unknown address

- access or address error

- fold refused by the addressee

- advised fold and unclaimed

They can be returned to the customer against payment of a new shipment or can be canceled. Canceled items will be refunded, postage will remain charged.

Can I use multiple coupons on the same transaction?

Only one coupon can be used per transaction or per basket. However, you can add several items to the same basket to use a single coupon and benefit from discounts on all your items.
